The West Rutherford Homeowners Association has taken steps for the Homeowners for payment options. At this time, we are able to accept a Credit Card, e-Transfer, Cheque or Money Order for the HOA Fees. Please see the details below on how you can take advantage of the options.The 2024 WRHOA fees are due November 30, 2024.As of December 1, 2023 the WRHOA is in the 2024 fiscal year (December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024).Single-Family Home (includes single home, duplexes, triplexes and four plexes):
- 2023 WRHOA Fee – $150.00 per year
- 2024 WRHOA Fee – $100.00 per year (if paid on or before August 30th, 2024) / $150.00 per year after August 31st, 2024.
Multi-Family Home (includes Condominiums):
- 2023 WRHOA Fee – $75.00 per year
- 2024 WRHOA Fee – $50.00 per year (if paid on or before August 30th, 2024) / $75.00 per year after August 31st, 2024.
All WRHOA Fee payments after November 30th are subject to late fees. All files with balances will be sent to legal and costs incurred with be the responsibility of the Homeowner. If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact form.
